WORKSHOPS * LIVE & IN PERSON
Where the learning becomes something you feel.
Immersive sessions in the Science of Sound — online, and in person at Kaapsehoop, Mpumalanga and beyond.
Some things can be explained. Others have to be experienced. In a workshop, the science you can read about on these pages becomes something you hear, and something you feel — a tuning fork on the breastbone, a room gone quiet, your own nervous system settling.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Understand first
Every workshop begins the way all our teaching begins — with what the evidence actually shows. The nitric-oxide story, the nervous system and the still point, honestly labelled.
Then experience it
Tuning forks, listening practices and the practices from our Library — felt first-hand, with time to notice what happens and ask why.
Leave with tools
Simple, evidence-informed practices you can keep using — in your own life, or alongside the people you work with.
WHERE WE TEACH
Workshops are rooted at Kaapsehoop — a heritage village on Mpumalanga's escarpment — and travel across the Lowveld: White River, Mbombela, Hoedspruit and beyond.
Online sessions are also planned, so distance never has to be the reason you miss out.
First dates are being set now.
DATES & DETAILS
Workshops are built carefully, one at a time — and announced to the waitlist first. Join below and you'll have first choice of places when booking opens.
